Objectives

This postgraduate aims to develop technical and human skills suitable for Human Resource Management. It also intends to provide the participants with knowledge, tools and concepts that are essential to the performance of management and leadership tasks in the field. Moreover, it aims to provide a global vision of human capital management in the context of global management.

Target Audience

Professionals with technical qualifications compatible with this course’s field, namely graduates in Management, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law or other related areas, who wish to acquire knowledge in the field of human resource management.

Master Lobato NevesMaster Lobato Neves

Master’s degree in Human Resource Policies and Management, from ISCTE and Degree in Psychology (in the field of Social and Organizational Psychology), from ISPA. Extensive complementary training, namely in Social Communication, Entrepreneurship (New University of Lisbon), Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Skills.

Diversified professional experience, having been a senior manager at TAP Portugal for over 30 years, in the Human Resources department.

Lecturer for several years at IPAM and ISCTE. Collaborator in programs for executives in several universities and in postgraduate courses at the Nursing School of the Portuguese Red Cross. Founder of the first Scientific Journal Specialist in Human Resource Management in Portugal, the RH Magazine, in which he was the Director General.

Author of 3 books and several articles in specialized magazines.
